DO NOT FALL FOR THIS QUICK FIX. you wanna make a mill by the end of the month, go ahead, ya wanna get a diploma in 3 months go ahead, but nutrition, _meta_bolism, internal organs, blood profile, etc etc etc is too complex to leave in the hands of these irresponsible QUACKS. I took 20 pounds off once. took me 2 years to do it!!!!
