Would you ever wear such a boot (without the 90's _style_ platform sole)? If I could get them in my size, I certainly would! And for the record, I am an AGF Babygoth teen...being a 17-year-old Goth Boi in Oklahoma sucks...all the Mansonites (yes, we still have Mansonites here) think I'm too cool, and I hate them and their bad music. Ehhhh... /X(..)/X Austin /X(..)/X My whole life is a dark room. One big dark room.

Addtional question for AGF babygoth teens that missed the 80's: Have you ever worn winklepickers, pixieboots, etc.? Sadly no...it's hard to find them in a US men's 12, with skull buckles (what I want) Pennangalan makes some, but not in my size. This makes me frown. So what is the emerging alternative? What new look is goth footwear evolving towards? Seeing winklepickers (a term I never knew til I started reading agf) and pixie boots again would be great; Since they're comfortable for me to wear, and they look good with either pants or skirts. The ones I'd like to see come back (but modernized) are the ladies' ankle boots with short spike heels, a la 80's Madonna. Also, round toe creepers with thin soles! Thin soles are the predictable, 'rebellious alternative' to all the platform-ism, yes? (crosses fingers) Kar It is much more comfortable to be mad and know it, than to be sane and have one's doubts.

They come in tons of colors, including red, silver, and purple glitter. I haven't bothered with them since I absolutely cannot wear shoes like that, but they're gorgeous. Dyf

Dyf, I did a web search for 'schuh' but nothing that was in English (or even resembling nice boots?) came up, compelling me to ask for help, once again- what is missing? Is this a chain store? TIA! Kar Anybody can sympathize with the sufferings of a friend, but it requires a very fine nature to sympathize with a friend's success.

Yep, but it has a web presence: http://www.schuh.co.uk/ There's a few stiletto boots on the site, but nothing as nifty as what I see in the actual store window. Dyf (need more money!)
