Have you been trying to lose weight, but you just cannot figure out what kind of weight loss plan will work for you? Have you asked yourself, How Many calories should I eat to lose weight? Well the truth is there is no clear cut answer, sorry. Many people will tell you that it is around 2400 calories per day, others will say 2000. The real problem here is everyones body works different, so theres no set in stone number that is going to work for everyone. I will go ahead and tell you that most people do fall into the 2400 per day section. But lets go ahead and take a look at a couple of factors so you can figure out which zone you fall into. |

In the western world we are fortunate in that we can choose what we eat. With the growth of processed and fast foods this is not always a good thing.
