Maximum Fit Magazine

Does anyone know anything about the effectiveness of the Big Beyond Belief workout?? I've been bodybuilding for just over 2 years and am very happy with the gains I've made - but I've definitely hit a plateua over the past couple of months.  I'm looking for something new to mix it up a little .. I've mostly used a 4 day cycle - 3on, 1off - even AM/PM splits over the past 2 and a half years .. but the Big Beyond Belief w/o looks like its flirting with overtraining (at least the six day double split routine) ..
