I am thinking about a diet is the Body For Life Diet better then The Zone or is The Zone better then Body For Life The best thing to do is to figure out what's wrong with your current diet and what a good diet should look like. It is best to NOT mindlessly follow any book. It does require a bit more work that most people are willing to put in though. If that's the case with you, either of the two above would lead to better than average American diet. Personally, I would recommend: Power Eating by Susan Kleiner The Glucose Revolution by  Jennie Brand-+ others     Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating by Walter Willett Or just google here for free.
