Maximum Fit Magazine

I realize this is somewhat of a dumb question, but I was wondering if there were any simple things men can do to make themselves more fashionable.  After flipping through some men's magazines, I realized I was horribly behind the times, but a lot of what they mention seems like a lot of work for a very little difference.
