I just had lipo-suction fat transfer breast augmentation and I wanted to post my  results, good and bad, here for all to see and discuss. First off, the breasts didn't get enlarged very much due to the fact that the doctor wasn't able to get much fat out of my stomach, sides, and back areas of my waist. The breasts that I do have however, look and feel very natural and there has been no pain, so far, in the breast area.  I had the proceedure done on 11/17/1999, so, I will keep everyone advised as to any changes. The bad part has been, the doctor also lipo'd my inner thighs down to my knees in an effort to get more fat to give me larger breasts.  Bad move is all I can say.  I was in agony by Friday and spend the whole weekend flat on my back in bed in such pain as I've never felt...in my legs. I feel that since I was under general anesthesia for the proceedure, when he was trying to get fat out of my inner thighs, he must have rammed into the muscles quite a bit and caused some damage which I am now paying for. All in all, the proceedure was $5500 for total cost and I don't think I benefitted anything from it other than lots of pain...certainly not the natural looking, feeling etc, breasts I was promised. I don't think I can recomend this form of breast augmentation for other transexuals as we just dont have the good concentrated body fat in the thighs that is perfect for this type of proceedure and which the doctors prefer to work with.
